L etter to B.H.C suggesting the small charge is not applicable to the Wherry, but is used in connection with Hughes Bolckow’s own work. Should the craft be let at any time for work beyond their own then a charge would be due. Memo from Collector of Dues, B.H.C to C. E. Baldwin regarding craft used by Hughes Bolckow, to refer to Harbour rates book, page 10. Letter to Hughes Bolckow stating the matter will be looking into. Further letter to Hughes Bolckow regarding dues on Wherry enclosing Commissioners’ book of rates and charges [missing]. Page 10 states dues payable in respect of river craft using the Port. The account will need to be paid
